On the Wednesday preceding each Sprint Regatta at Holme Pierrepont, and as part of the regatta set-up procedures, the Timetable and Start List data is loaded into the Timing System (TS) by John Ball.

These files are generated from the Regatta Management System (RMS) using the following links

https://canoesprint.britishcanoeing.org.uk/export/bcu/startlist/n
https://canoesprint.britishcanoeing.org.uk/export/bcu/timetable/n

where n is the number that corresponds to the specific competition within the RMS

When these URLs are pasted into a browser, the corresponding CSV data files are immediately downloaded.

The links for the relevant regatta should be emailed to John Ball on the previous evening.

John then manages the import of these files into the system and runs some basic tests on the files to ensure that they are complete.
