Assigning permissions
There are 3 levels of permissions used within the Regatta Management System (RMS)
- Administrator
- Team Leader
- Squad Administrator
These provide different levels of access to system functionality.
Administrator
Users with Administrator permissions have full access to all system functionality.
Users have access to the following drop-down menus:
- Club
- Squad
- Competitions
- Administration
- Public
Team Leader
Users with Team Leader permissions can only see paddler and club data related to their own club. The can also submit entries for their own clubs.
Users have access to the following drop-down menus:
- Club
- Competitions
- Public
Squad Administrator
Users with Squad Administrator permissions can only see paddler and squad data related to their own squad. They can add and remove paddlers into the squad. These paddlers also remain members of their own clubs. Squad Administrators can also submit entries for their own squads including submitting entries for crew boats comprising squad and club paddlers.
